FG EUROPE SA was founded in 1958 and was introduced to the ATHEX. in 1968. It is active in the import and trade of permanent consumer goods and in particular electrical household appliances such as air conditioners for home and professional use, white appliances and small appliances.

It is an exclusive distributor of FUJITSU GENERAL Ltd. products (Fujitsu, General, Fuji Electric), in ten countries in Southeast Europe (Greece, Bulgaria, Albania, FYROM, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia). Turkey and Italy for General products).

In Greece, it holds the first place in the sales of air conditioners. The company has a complete range of electrical appliances with the privately-owned brand of ESKIMO. The FG Group is also a distributor of protective scanning equipment manufactured by Soter Technologies within 11 territories in Europe.

In 2012, it took over the exclusive distribution of Midea air conditioners for the Greek market. In 2015, Midea commissioned FG EUROPE SA to sell its products exclusively in the Balkans and from 2017 in the United Kingdom.

The Group's subsidiaries are FG ITALIA Spa, FG EUROPE KLIMA TEKNOLOJİLERİ AŞ and FG EUROPE UK, in which FG EUROPE SA participates with 100%, 55% and 100% and are active in Italy, Turkey and the UK respectively. In addition, through the subsidiary RF ENERGY SA, the Group has been active since 2006 in the energy sector.
